You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

This product does work, providing you directly apply to skin and not fur (I made this mistake on my first application). That being said, this seemed to have given my dog dry skin -- not bad enough to cause discomfort or concern, but noticeable.Overall this product worked very good for getting rid of flees from my dog, it is however pretty costly in comparison to some other brands.

Great for flea prevention on larger dogs!

I have a German shepherd who had fleas really bad a year or so ago and absolutely nothing would work, I ended up going to the vets. They recommended this treatment once the fleas had died down and I have been giving him it ever since with no issues. It is greys value for money, doesn't irritate his skin at all and the fleas haven't returned. Overall I recommend it over any other brand, and I've tried alot!

As per title. Although got for a dog who is on a border of weight limit, 21.5 kg. Founded it too large of a volume. Made her fur greasy beyond the application spot for some time. Will go for the previous smaller volume next time
